Divisional Managing Director
Sascha began his journey with Matrix Marketing in 2022, starting in sales where his drive and client-focused approach quickly set him apart. His success earned him the title of Salesperson of the Year, and he went on to create LeadFinder, one of Matrix Marketing’s most successful and widely adopted products.
In August 2024, Sascha became Divisional Managing Director of Matrix Marketing East Rand — the company’s first independently operating franchise.
Under his leadership, the division is building a high-performing sales team dedicated to one goal: delivering measurable growth for clients. Hands-on and passionate, Sascha works closely with both his team and clients. For him, success goes beyond numbers — it’s about building strong relationships and helping businesses unlock new opportunities through Matrix Marketing’s innovative solutions.
